You can configure to receive phone call notifications from our platform, just as you would receive any other type of notification we support.

One phone call notification will consume one SMS credit. Your paid plan comes with a monthly quota of SMS credits that you can use (for more on this, please check the pricing plans on our website).

Additionally, you can always buy extra SMS credits to be used after your monthly quota is consumed:

To configure your phone call notifications, start by going to your Contact Lists from the client area side menu:

Then, create or edit a Contact List, and locate the ‘Phone Call’ section towards the top:

Be sure to save the settings once done.

Now, you’re all set to receive our phone call notifications.
