To start receiving our notifications on Slack, you’ll first need an account (if you don’t already have one) on their website: https://slack.com/
Here’s a guide on how to create an Incoming Webhook on Slack:

Once you have your account, you can start creating your Incoming Webhook which our platform will use to send you notifications:
https://my.slack.com/services/new/incoming-webhook/
Select the channel on which you wish to receive the notifications, and click the “Add Incoming WebHooks integration” button.
On the next page, locate the “Webhook URL” and copy/paste it into any of your contact lists, along with the channel name or username that should receive our notifications.
If you want our notifications to go directly to one user, be sure to put @username in the Slack Target field in your contact list.
