Besides individual actions for each monitor, there are also group actions which you can use to change multiple monitors at the same time.
Start by simply selecting the desired monitors from your list. Now you can select a group action from the drop-down menu.
Once you decide on what action you wish to take, be sure to click the check button in order to apply the action.
