This feature allows you to save your Status Page Announcements to your Incident History, where your users can see your active or past incidents in order to have a better picture of your uptime and service status.

To begin, head on to your Status Pages dashboard from your client area menu:

Then, click on the “Announcement” button to add an announcement or edit the existing one for this Status Page:

Now, on the Announcement modal, select “Yes” under “Save to Incident History?”, select the incident type, and save your announcement:

You can also post further updates on this incident as shown below:

The incidents and their updates will appear at the bottom of your Status Page:
