[April 7, 2016 – UPDATE]

We’ve reset the weekly manual blacklist check count for all the accounts, so you can now force a re-check of all of your IPs in order to correct the false positives caused by this RBL.

More info on this feature here:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/initiate-manual-blacklist-check/

This is just an optional step you can take to correct the false positives sooner than when your IPs were scheduled to be checked next, either way the false positives will get sorted out during the next time they are checked.

[April 7, 2016]

rbl.interserver.net has suddenly started showing all IPs as blacklisted. We have now disabled this RBL from being checked by our system.

If you have received notifications about your blacklist monitors being blacklisted on this RBL, you can safely ignore these notifications.

The false results will be rectified during the next blacklist check of your IPs.

You can even initiate a manual blacklist check on all of your IPs, on demand:

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you, unfortunately we cannot control what results these third party RBLs are issuing towards our system.
