Our billing system currently does not have a pro-rated option for changing your billing cycle.

So, if you wish to change the billing cycle of your package, you will have two options:

  • you could wait until the end of your current billing period, then cancel your current active order, and right after place a new order for your new desired package and billing cycle
  • you can contact our support department and we’ll modify your billing cycle and issue a pro-rated invoice
