[June 19, 2020]

We’re drastically increasing our required activity period from every 30 days to every 90 days, which should give all of our free users a lot more room, not having to log into their dashboard every 30 days but at least once every 90 days now, in order to keep their free accounts active.

With this change we’re also discontinuing the Basic package, as we feel it is no longer needed to waive the activity requirement for the free accounts, as there should be no problem in having to log into our dashboard 4 times per year in order to keep your account and monitors active.

However, with the Basic package now gone, the only way to remove the activity requirement from your free account is to upgrade to one of our paid plans.

The currently purchased and active Basic packages will remain active for their duration, and can be renewed for now. The option to allow renewals for the Basic package may be changed in the future.
