If you’re trying to register multiple accounts, you may end up seeing this error message:
“Our system detected that you may already have an account. If this is an error, please reach out to our support team.“
We kindly ask our users to keep a maximum of one account per person or company unless specified otherwise by our support team.
Even if you’ve registered an initial test account, there is no need to close it down to open a new one. You can easily change your Name, Email, and Username from your Account Settings.
If you consider that our system has wrongfully flagged you as already having another account on our platform, please contact our support team to get this sorted out.
